So this is my subtle pink smokey eye, its really subtle but if you love pink this could be just for you.
What I used
As usual I prime with Essence (I <3 stage)
This color palette I purchased at clicks sa and can’t remember the name of it 🙁
LA girl concealer (under eye)
and the beauty treats matte blush palette – available at Dischem
How I achieve this look
Before I start I always tape my eye with post it stickers (they are not as harsh as normal tape , especially around the sensitive eye area)
I prime my lid, then sweep the white shade on the palette (bottom right corner of the palette) on my entire lid to ensure the colors blend well and so the color pops a bit more. I follow up with the mauve color blush (the top left corner of the palette), weird I know but I wanted a matte subtle transition shade and really wanted to use this palette :D, I blend this just above the crease, or rather my socket bone, considering I have hooded lids, I follow up by blending in the pink shade from the eye shadow palette into the crease just under the blush color, to deepen up the outter corner I apply the shimmery mauve color and combine that with the purple, on they eye shadow palette (bottom row, 3rd shade from the left-Mauve , and forth shade from the right – Purple). I blend the same color below my lash line. Then finally I used the essence single shadow on my lid to lighten that up more.
I lined my lower water line with Rimmel Exaggerate I think the color is Noir (black).
The top liner I did with the essence felt tip (Double ended ) pen. I complete by concealing my under eye with the LA Girl HD Pro concealer (available and Dischem).
I do this to remove fall out if any as well as to correct the cat eye, to make the wing more crisp.
